2026 Track & Field Meet Schedule and Information

  • Times listed are approximate. We must be off the track by 4pm so events may run ahead of schedule by 15 minutes.
  • There are many heats in the 50, 100 and 200. We will be lining up all heats in advance so that as soon as one heat starts, the next can set their blocks and be ready to go. PLEASE cooperate. 
  • Athlete check-in begins at 8am.
  • Long jump and triple jump will be open pit.
  • USATF rules will be followed except for no-false-start and time limit rules.
  • Shot put, discus and javelin will be run in two flights: all women and men 75 to 100 (Flight A) and men 50 – 74 (Flight B). Shot put will start with Flight A and javelin will start with Flight B.
  • Warm-ups for Jav and SP will begin at 8:30. We must start competition at 9am. Warm-ups for discus will be limited to 15 minutes.
  • Throwers and long jumpers will be allowed 4 attempts.
  • DSO will have implements available for athlete use. If you use your own, they must be weighed before competition. Weigh-in starts at 8am.
  • The high jump opening height will be 0.9 meter. The first increment will be                 5 cm. Remaining increments will be 3 cm.
  • Pole Vault opening height will be determined by competitors. Increments will be 3 inches.
