I began sending out reset password & edit profile messages to all past subscribers that didn't register this year. Please try to use a PC to reset your password & edit your profile (especially to enter Emergency Contact info). There seems to be an issue when doing this from a cellphone (particualarly iPhone); it has you repeatedly resetting your password, which is very frustrating.
